We Appreciate You!

With Thanksgiving upon us in the US and the holiday season approaching, here at the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance we want to take a few minutes to express our heartfelt gratitude to the many people who make fighting this rare illness possible:

• Thank you to the people affected by AE and their families and friends, who provide inspiration and hope for all of us to move forward each day.
• Thanks to the physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, rehabilitation specialists and all the support staff who work hard daily in the hospitals and clinics to provide excellent care for AE patients.
• Thank you to the researchers who are working night and day to find better treatments and ultimately a cure for this complex and devastating illness.
• Thank you to our many supporters and volunteers who provide the financial resources and volunteer hours necessary to support the needs of patients and researchers through nonprofits such as the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance.

For all we are blessed with, we could not think of a better time to share our thanks and thoughts with all of you. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You All So Very Much!
