AE Families Come Together

If you are reading this you already know that autoimmune encephalitis can be an isolating experience. That’s one reason the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance organizes and hosts the AE Family Lunch in association with the Florence Forth run-walk in Durham, NC.
This year the AE Family Lunch will take place on March 5, 2016. All AE patients and families are invited.
Last year over 100 family members and 27 patients joined together to share stories, meet facebook friends and start new relationships. These families traveled from Florida and Nebraska, New Jersey and California and states in between. You are invited to join the community on March 5, 2016. Here’s a preview of what to expect.
We hope you’ll consider joining the AE community in Durham on March 5th. All proceeds from the Florence Forth 5K / 10K support the Autoimmune Encephalitis Alliance. Please register for Florence Forth and the AE Family lunch separately. If you have questions, please contact us.
Register for both by Feb 15th and we’ll create a special race bib for all AE family members.
