Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE) is a rare, complex, and relatively new disease. Over the past 15 years, important advances have improved our understanding of diagnosis, treatment and underlying causes of AE, but a lot still remains unknown. AE Alliance is here to guide and support you on your AE journey.

We recognize that each AE journey is different. We respect these differences and use them to inform all our efforts. We offer support groups, an online AE community, and are here to answer any questions you may have. We are constantly expanding our Clinicians Network so that you can find a doctor in your area. And we make sure you stay up-to-date on the latest advances made in research, so you can best advocate for your care.  We truly believe that no one should face AE alone.
