Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) have revolutionized the treatment of many malignancies. ICI enhance antitumor immune responses, and may trigger immune-related adverse events involving the central and peripheral nervous system. We will discuss the clinical presentation, diagnostic approach and possible treatments of these complications.
