Bio

Dr. Dunham leads the autoimmune encephalitis and rapidly progressive dementia outpatient clinic at Washington University Department of Neurology. The clinic provides comprehensive care for patients and families with expertise in diagnostics, biomarkers, and treatments and coordination for longitudinal neurocognitive assessments and imaging. Dr. Dunham is able to provide consultation or coordinate referrals for investigational treatments. He leads the Neurology inpatient team at the university affiliated hospital and can coordinate a rapid evaluation for those without a diagnosis. He is the site principal investigator for the NMDAR encephalitis trial (ExTINGUISH).
