“Giving Tuesday” celebrated around the world on November 28

November 18, 2017

Giving Tuesday, celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the US), is a global giving movement in it’s sixth year. In response to  shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving. We are always so touched at AEA by the generous spirit we experience with so many patients, families and friends of those affected by autoimmune encephalitis. Whether a small or large donation, we are thankful for all of your gifts that enable us to continue supporting patients and families, hosting educational events for healthcare providers, and supporting research on this disease. All of our services are free of charge and we are careful stewards of your gifts striving to make the best use of every dollar entrusted to us. We could not do this work without you!  Please visit our donation page to make a difference in the lives of those battling this disease.
